At Récifarium , we do everything we can to ensure that your corals arrive healthy and in the best possible conditions. Orders will be shipped on mondays


1. Billing and delivery addresses

  • The billing address and shipping address must match .
  • Orders will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
  • No refunds will be given for inaccurate or invalid addresses.

2. Carrier and delivery times

  • All our deliveries are made via FedEx First Overnight , guaranteeing receipt in less than 48 hours after dispatch .
  • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
  • It is your responsibility to be present at the time of delivery to collect your package promptly. A prolonged delay could harm the health of the corals, and Récifarium cannot be held responsible in this case.

3. Order preparation

  • Each order is carefully prepared to ensure the health and safety of the corals during transport.
  • We use specialized packaging materials to maintain a stable temperature and optimal protection.

4. Delivery costs and free delivery

  • Quebec : $40 (free next day delivery for all orders of $350 or more ).
  • Ontario : $40 (free next day delivery on orders of $350 or more ).
  • Alberta, Yukon, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island : $60 (free next day delivery on orders of $350 or more ).
  • Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, Manitoba, British Columbia, Saskatchewan : $50 (free next day delivery on orders of $350 or more ).
  • United States : We do not ship.

5. Non-refundable fees

  • No refund of delivery charges will be given, even in the event of DOA ( Dead on Arrival ).

6. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the living and delicate nature of corals, no returns or exchanges are accepted.

However, if you encounter a problem upon receiving your order (damaged corals, dead on arrival, order error, etc.), you must:

  1. Contact us within 2 hours of receiving the package.
  2. Provide clear photos of the affected coral(s) in their original, unopened shipping bag .

Each situation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis . Depending on the assessment, Récifarium reserves the right to offer:

  • A credit on the next order
  • Or any other suitable solution.
